By default, Misty currently supports heights from 3'11" to 6'3"
- Check to ensure that your Misty is on a surface that is 44.5" from the ground.
- Check to ensure that the patient is standing 24” from the Misty, on the “Please Stand Here” sticker.
- If both of the above steps have been taken, and you would like to err your screenings toward taller people, you can move your stand and your Temperature Reference Device up in sequence with one another. Likewise to err toward shorter people.
