      Misty not asking me questions when I walk up

      1. Check to ensure that the volume is turned up on your Misty
        1. Navigate to the Admin Portal
        2. Click on ‘Robots’
          1. Ensure the robot is turned on and connected to the internet
        3. If the volume slider is low, move it up and click ‘Save & Apply’
          1. If the volume is up and your Misty still doesn’t appear to be recognizing you when you walk up, please reach out to help@mistyrobotics.com
