This is dependent on how many questions asked by your Misty. If you set up your Misty to ask 1 question per screen it’s about 35 seconds and if you assume ~15 seconds for transition(s) (1 person out, next person in) she could handle ~60 people an hour. If the Misty doesn't ask a question and just reads temperatures it would be much more than 60.
