Ensure you’ve downloaded the Misty App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- If your phone’s bluetooth is turned on but you don’t see your Misty Temperature Screening Assistant
- Try rebooting your Misty as there may have been an issue with the bluetooth services upon initial boot-up.
- Check to ensure that your Misty is plugged into power and turned on (occasionally, the power cable can feel like it’s plugged into Misty when it’s actually loose)
- If you are able to see your Misty on the app but are unable to connect
- Try rebooting your Misty as there may have been an issue with the bluetooth services upon initial boot-up.
- If none of the above steps work, obtain a blank thumb drive
- Create a folder on the thumb drive named misty
- Ensure that Misty is turned off
- Take the backpack off Misty and plug in the thumb drive
- Boot up Misty and wait until she’s fully booted.
- Remove thumb drive
- The ‘misty’ folder on the thumb drive will have varying logs, including the robot’s IP address
